FACE TO FACE DELIVERY:

Students are required to complete a minimum of 20 on-campus contact hours per week, in addition to participating in scheduled professional experience placements.

Students will complete two separate placements of 200 hours each. These placements will not take place during the first semester and will instead be scheduled at the end of the second and third semesters of the course.

There are no formal entry requirements for this course; however, applicants should demonstrate the ability to perform tasks as required by the industry

IHNA Admission Requirements

    • 18 years of age and above at the time of commencement of the course
    • Successful completion of an Australian Year 12 course or equivalent*

In addition to these requirements, **International Students must provide evidence of:

  • IELTS Test Score of 6.0 overall (General or Academic) /TOEFL iBT Test Score of 60 /PTE Academic Test Score of 52 /Cambridge English Advanced (CAE) 169 /IELTS test score of 5 or equivalent with at least 10 weeks ELICOS/IELTS test score of 4.5 or equivalent with at least 20 weeks ELICOS/Successful completion of a General English course with an Upper Intermediate outcome.
  • Note: Applicants may be exempt from providing evidence of English language proficiency if they have studied for at least five years in an English-speaking country, or completed a minimum of six months of a Certificate IV or higher-level course in Australia under a student visa, or successfully completed a foundation course in Australia.

Credit Transfer may be granted for prior studies or relevant experience through the Recognition of Prior Learning (RPL) process. This applies to learners who have previously completed equivalent units with another registered training provider. RPL may also be awarded based on skills and knowledge gained through work experience, professional training, or life experience. All applications are assessed in line with IHNA’s Credit Transfer and RPL policies and procedures to ensure consistency and fairness.

  2. Pre Training Review: Once you’ve met IHNA’s eligibility criteria you will be contacted for an interview with an admissions consultant.
  3. Offer Letter: If you’re successful with the interview you will be offered a place for the course as per the availability of each intake.
  4. Enrolment Fee: After signing the offer acceptance an invoice will be issued for the course.
  5. Confirmation of Admission: We will issue a conformation of admission once the enrolment fee has been received.
